The resource helps visitors locate inmate, custody, and jail-record channels in Calhoun County and Michigan. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan.
Terms That Remain Effective
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected term will be adjusted only to the minimum degree needed to make it valid and enforceable.
